2022-2024 Strategic Plan
In September of 2022, the Board of Commissioners came up with the city's newest strategic plan. The plan presents 5 agreed-upon general goals which set the general direction of the city and city staff's activities. It is the City Manager's responsibility to facilitate progress and direct day-to-day operations toward these goals. Progress updates will be provided during regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Commissioners.
