             2. Ord_189, An ordinance of the City of Lakesite, TN, to adopt the updated & re-codified Lakesite Zoning Ordinance.

             3. Revised Budget - Ord_190, An ordinance of the City of Lakesite, TN, amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2009.

             4. Budget - Ord_191, An ordinance of the City of Lakesite, TN, making & fixing the annual appropriation of the several departments of the City for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009 & ending June 30, 2010 & adopting the City budget by reference.
