David Howell

Commissioner David Howell, his wife Lori and their three children live on Collins Lane. As Commissioner of Parks and Recreation, David is responsible for maintaining and developing the city park. He will be instrumental in the improvements and upgrades to the current park and well as future projects.

David is a native of Hamilton County and graduated from Ooltewah High School. He has degrees in Business and Education from the University of Tennessee and together with his wife operates a childcare center.

David supports a conservative approach to spending, strong families, limited government, Top quality Education and safe streets and neighborhoods. He loves spending most of his time at the baseball field watching his two sons play.
